The objective of the CIC program is to train the coach on best interview practices. This program is specifically designed to prepare you if (1) you actively coach clients through the interview process or (2) you are seeking to add interview coaching to your repertoire of services. By the end of this comprehensive, interactive, and exercise-driven program you will be equipped to better provide interview coaching to your clients.

You will be introduced to two key coaching methods—the Synchronized Coaching Model™ and the ACT Interview Approach™. Upon successful completion of your interactive training, you will have the knowledge, skills, and ability to integrate both models into an effective coaching program. The advantage is twofold: use the program as-in or tailor it to suit your personal coaching style.
